When will I receive my order?

We aim to send out orders as fast as possible, but give us 3-5 business days! You'll receive an email when it's on it's way, then you'll receive it soon afterwards.

How will my order arrive?

We send everything gift wrapped in brown recyclable paper, so it's perfect to send as a gift if you want to save time wrapping yourself. If you want a peek before you give it, carefully remove one of the tapes on the back, unfold that side and take a look. It should be easy to repackage it then if you'd like to.

Can I include a gift message?

Sure! Add a note to your order at the checkout, and i'll pop it in with your parcel. You can even send it straight to the give receiver, and I'll make sure it's giftwrapped, without prices, and with your gift message.
