Last weekend I was lucky enough to become a contributor for Myddfai Community Hall and Shop, adding a small collection of my products to the shop there. Myddfai is a small village outside of Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, close to where I grew up in Cynghordy. The community hall is a fab project that's brought a real community hub to the village, something that I always found was missing from Cynghordy after the slow closure over the years of the post office, shops, and eventually the school too.
I've put a range of my pattern and products there, including some of my hedgehog and red squirrel things.
After setting up in the shop, we stopped for a cup of tea and a snack in the cafe and had a wander around the village. Looking forward to spending more time there!
